Welcome to the Middlesex County Firefighters Association, Local 3451. The International Association of Fire Fighters granted our charter on May 1, 1992. Since that time, Local 3451 has grown to represent the Full-Time Emergency Services Professionals from departments of all sizes throughout the County of Middlesex.

The Middlesex County Firefighters Association provides our members with a strong voice with regards to securing just compensation, the settlement of grievances, and other conditions of employment. We are affiliated with the Professional Firefighters Association of New Jersey, the Middlesex County AFL-CIO Labor Council and the New Jersey State AFL-CIO. Our goal is to maintain a safe working environment for our members while maintaining a harmonious relationship with their employers. We exist to protect the men and women that protect our communities every day.
